Patient Opportunity: Patient input for Diabetes strategy

Are you a family member or caregiver to someone with Diabetes?

The Patient Voices Network is looking for patients from the Interior region with Diabetes for a number of upcoming opportunities.

Opportunity

Interior Health is continuing its work on a three year strategy and would like patient involvement and input throughout this process.

Examples of these opportunities include:

• Interior Health-wide Working Group – focusing on system planning
• Local Improvement Teams – focusing on service level changes at the ground level in communities such as Lillooet, Central Okanagan, Williams Lake and the Kootenay Boundary (likely Trail, Nelson and Castlegar)
• Patients to consult with on an ad-hoc basis as needed - in person, via teleconference or by email
