Have a healthy living goal? A peer coach can help.
Making healthy living changes — like managing a healthy weight, quitting smoking, or becoming more active — can seem overwhelming. Motivation combined with planning and support can make a huge difference in meeting your goals. If you are looking for a little help, consider a peer coach through the Patient Voices Network.
Please note that the Patient Voices Network is not currently accepting registrations for peer coaches or peer coach participants at this time. Please visit the rest of our sites to learn about ways to get involved, or contact connect@patientvoices.ca with any questions.
